The Black Stork Golf Resort in Veľká Lomnica will host one of the world’s most prestigious junior golf events – the Faldo Series – from August 18th to 20th, 2026. Young golf talents will showcase their skills across two separate series on the 27-hole course under the High Tatras: Faldo Futures and Faldo Junior Tour. Winners will secure coveted spots at the global finals held in elite European resorts.
The tournament is organized by Black Stork Golf Resort Veľká Lomnica in cooperation with the global Faldo Series organization, founded by the legendary Sir Nick Faldo. The series aims to connect youth golf from its grassroots to the pinnacle of the international game (Futures -> Junior Tour -> Grand Final -> Professional Golf). The event is realized with the financial support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Slovak Republic, Severovýchod Slovenska, and Vysoké Tatry-Podhorie.
Faldo Junior Tour (For players aged 13 to 21)
This category is designed for older and more experienced juniors, and the tournament is included in the international WAGR (World Amateur Golf Ranking).

Qualification for the Grand Final 2026
The winner of each category wins a direct spot at the prestigious Faldo Series Europe Grand Final 2026. This exclusive package includes:

Qualification for the Home of Golf
The Faldo Series will provide 6 qualifying spots for the top players to compete in the global Faldo Futures Final, taking place from August 26th to 27th at The Belfry GC (UK). Entry fees and green fees for the qualifiers are fully covered.

What is included in the entry fee?
Each participant’s entry fee covers green fees for the respective tournament days, a snack bag, drinks, tournament technical management, trophies, and an exclusive Faldo Series gift pack. The top players will receive official medals, certificates, and prize packs.
