We greatly appreciate the loyalty of our guests and therefore we have prepared a new loyalty card program for you, in three levels – BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.
You can earn Black Stork points by purchasing services in each resort center (hotel/golf/restaurant/wellness/fitness/bar…) at the rate of €1 = 1 BS point. You will be informed about the status of your collected points after each payment using your loyalty card in the fiscal document issued by the cashier. You can use the points at any time as a return bonus. Our staff will be happy to inform you about its amount.
We will issue your loyalty card to you upon request at the hotel reception. The loyalty card contains a unique barcode and is tied to the owner’s name.
Acceptance of club discounts at sales centers will only be possible with a loyalty card from February 1, 2023. You can present your card physically or on your smartphone via the STOCARD application, available for iOS and Android.
